David Versel, Delta Associates' Senior Vice President, spoke at the 2015 American Planning Association's Virginia Annual Conference in Norfolk, Virginia. The session, "Virginia's Post-Federal Economy: How the Commonwealth Can Compete in the Global Marketplace," examined Virginia's current economy, how its major metro areas compete on a global level, and what public and private leaders must do to build stronger economies.
