• Investment Grade, Class A product
• Above average absorption pace
• Occupancy began between July 2021 and June 2022
• Above average marketing program/materials
• Exceptional design

Qualifications for Best Apartment Community Renovation

• Investment Grade, Class B product
• Above average renovations
• Completion of renovation between July 2021 and June 2022
