CONDOMINIUM AWARD CATEGORIES CRITERIA FOR SUBMISSION:
Qualifications for Best High-Rise, Mid-Rise, Low-Rise, or Overall Condominium Community:
- Initial occupancy must be by June 2022
- A Delta representative must be able to take a walk-through and tour of the community and at least one unit
- Innovative and excellent design and features
- Prime location (within its metro area)
- Above average sales pace and prices
- 1st class marketing program

- Best Neighborhood Impact Condominium Community
